What is RenoMark?
The RenoMark® program connects homeowners to professional renovators and contractors committed to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. The RenoMark symbol recognizes trusted members of the Canadian Home Builders’ Association who adhere to a rigorous, renovation-specific Code of Conduct. RenoMark members offer transparency, reliability, clear communication, and up-to-date industry knowledge for a successful renovation experience.

RenoMark Code of Conduct
When you choose a RenoMark member, you’re choosing a professional committed to excellence. The RenoMark Code of Conduct promises a superior standard of performance and provides an extra layer of protection for your renovation.

RenoMark members must:
• Be a member in good standing of the local Home Builders’ Association.
• Abide by all of the Local Home Builders’ Association’s Code of Ethics.
• Provide a detailed, written contract (including a scope of work) for all jobs.
• Provide a minimum two-year warranty (some conditions may apply – see contract for details).
• Carry a minimum of $2 million in liability insurance.
• Carry all applicable licenses and permits, as required.
• Maintain a safe and organized work site at all times.
• Return homeowners’ phone calls within two business days.
• Have access to education, training, and professional development.
